Our photoshoot with Jen yIngyi Photography was definitely one for the books! We had never had professional photos taken before and it was raining with 30mph winds and looming clouds on the horizon - we were definitely nervous. Through out the day, Jen was great at communicating (about parking, weather, wardrobe) and reassured us she would make the shoot work for us. The weather cleared up enough for the photos and we are so glad we went through with it! Jen had such a great positive attitude and reassured us that we would still have a killer photoshoot even with the odds stacked against us. She did NOT lie. The photos turned out better than we could have ever imagined! You can’t even tell that we were being sand blasted and blown away. Jen gave us great advice and direction for posing and made us laugh the entire time. She edited and returned the photos in record time and every single one was absolutely breathtaking. We would highly recommend her for any couples shoot you have in the future!

It was Shiragi and I's first time ever doing a photoshoot, and we weren't sure what to expect. It was super awkward because we were in front of so many people on the beach, but Jen was able to get us comfortable and lighten the mood in seconds. It was hard to pose us I'm sure because of our considerable 9 inch height difference, but she did it anyway and made us look SO cute, even though I'm the complete opposite of photogenic. We were able to laugh off the awkwardness and have fun during the shoot, and ended up ignoring all the strangers around us anyway. Incredibly fun shoot, and if you've never done a photoshoot out in public before, I highly recommend it with Jen! 11 out of 10 stars.

are you lgbtq+ friendly?
Absolutely! Pets bring so much joy to our lives and it should be shown in your special photos. However, I do not take any liability if something happens to the pet!!
are pets allowed at my photoshoot?
Yes I do!! However travel fees aren't included in my packages so it would need to be discussed asap if you needed a more accurate price quote.
do you travel?
Do you photoshop?
I only photoshop small details such as people in the background, a distracting tree, small blemishes, wrinkles in clothes etc.
do you provide prints?
Yes! The online gallery that your photos are delivered through offers an online store to print your photos. I do not have any control over the process but that is the easiest way to get photos printed online directly!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes I do! The non-refundable retainer fee can be split as well. The rest of the fee can be split according to your needs but should be all paid at least a week after the shoot.
